As a reminder, Information Management's next pre-scheduled systems maintenance day is this Monday, August 10. As a result, some network services will be down beginning at 4:00 AM, but we hope to have everything back online by 8:00 AM. If we run into unexpected difficulties, some services may be down until as late as noon.

In order to avoid extraordinarily high fees, IM does not pay for 7x24 support on all equipment, and so our maintenance days must be scheduled during the daytime hours we can reach technical support if required.
