IDENTITY GUARD – IDENTITY THEFT 
INSURANCE                                                  

New this year, the college is offering identity theft projection at 100% 
Employee cost.  The service offers credit bureau monitoring and alerts, 
quarterly credit score, quarterly credit report updates, credit analyzer, 
identity theft victim assistance and up to $1 million identity theft insurance 
with $0 deductible.   The service is available at four tiers:  employee only, 
couple, employee + children (to age 18) and family and at three levels of 
protection.  Please note that you will be required to enter all of your data on 
a secure Identity Guard website so they are able to monitor.  For more 
information, check out the website and sign-up beginning May 1st:  
https://benefits.identityguard.com/coloradocollege/. Monthly group premium is 
charged to your credit card rather than deducted from payroll and premium is 
dependent on tier and level of coverage elected.  This benefit may be elected 
beginning May 1st, or at any other time during the year.

NATIONWIDE PET INSURANCE

Also new this year, the college is offering pet insurance through Nationwide at 
100% Employee cost.  You may elect a major medical health plan, a wellness 
plan, or a combined major medical health & wellness plan for your pet.

PetsNationwide.com and choose Colorado College as your company.  If you accept 
the quote and sign-up for the insurance Nationwide will advise the college and 
we will deduct premiums from your pay then send the payment to Nationwide for 
you.   This benefit may be elected beginning July 1st or at any other time
