The Finance Office is preparing for fiscal year-end and WE NEED YOUR HELP!! 
At the year-end lunch & learn we’ll review deadlines for  identifying PO’S 
that need to remain open or should be closed, journal entries, check 
requisitions, reconciling p-card transactions, timesheet 
submittals/approvals as well as provide information on roll-forward unused 
endowed payout & operating budgets. We’ll review hot-topics and are happy to 
review any topic you may have questions about - submit your questions to 
Lori.Cowan@ColoradoCollege.edu. Food & prizes will be provided.  Please join
