Hello Chairs/Directors,

Just a reminder that we’ll be holding the Chairs/Directors meeting today in Yalich. I’ll be subbing in for Claire and other members of the FEC will be in attendance, as available. 

Agenda Items:
•	Registration (Pedro, Phil, and ITS present for this portion)
•	FEC-related proposals and ideas (focus will probably be on the senate idea):
o	Faculty Senate (see attached draft proposal; same as one you have already seen)
o	Possible proposed changes to composition of FEC
o	Updates All College Course Evaluation (look for materials soon)
o	Election reforms
o	Personnel/Conduct procedures
