Check out this cool event organized by May Friedman and Jamie Baum:

On Monday February 27th at 7pm in Cornerstone Screening Room there will be a film screening of two short documentaries and a discussion with the filmmaker and organization founder, CC Alum Holly Ornstein Carter.
BYKids, the documentary filmmaking organization, exposes issues around the world through the perspective of children. One film we will be showing follows a young girl's story about how climate change is affecting her family's coffee production in Nicaragua. The other film is about one girl's experience of displacement due to the Civil War in Colombia. After the screening there will be opportunity for discussion with Holly. Dinner will be provided by Spoon U.
