Possible Experience:
A few Reports delivered to specific recipients were not received this week. Going forward we anticipate that reports will be delivered, as scheduled.

Change Detail:
This affected only a few users who participated in the AP training between Noon on Monday 11/19/15 and 4:00 pm on Thursday 11/20/15. This has been alleviated by granting or retaining a basic consumer license for all Cognos users, along with any upgraded permissions they hold.
 
Reason:
Cognos licensing structure will be changing due the training, testing  and implementation for Advancement Performance.
