Reason:  Campaign Reporting - Executive dashboards  (Thanks to Molly, Prospect Management Team, coordinators and Stewardship Team for input)
The attributes now align with the campaign reporting delineation.


Action:
New Designation Creation: 
Assign new designations to one of these priorities as appropriate.  It is ok for a designation to not be in one of these campaign priorities.  In that case, all funds going to a designation without a priority will be assigned a priority of "Other".  If an X campaign priority attribute is assigned, there should only be one X Campaign attribute to prevent double counting of funds.

New Proposal Interest:
If a new proposal interest is desired or created, two additional steps are needed:

1) New Campaign (AFBCAMP)
	Type ZA 
	Campaign Code =  Proposal Interest Code
	Campaign Description matches the Proposal Interest Description

2) New Designation Attribute (ATVDATR)
	Code starts with X
	Code ends with the first three characters of the Proposal Interest Code
	Designation Attribute Description matches the Proposal Interest Description

3) Annual funds are still tagged with the 4A1 attribute.
