Thursday, 11/4, 7pm: Campus Forum in Response to Rumors of Sexual Assault on Campus.
We hope this forum will be an opportunity for brave conversation where we remind each other of CC's values -
that respect and consent are priorities every day in every interaction. We hope to challenge ideas around what it means to hold oneself and peers accountable to the harm we may cause while supporting survivors directly impacted by interpersonal violence. The
forum will be a place to connect as a community and empower one another to move forward understanding how one can use their unique strengths to contribute to safety of everyone on campus.
Please be aware that we will not be discussing any individual cases in this forum but will seek to address broad
issues impacting the entire campus community.
-
Tuesday, 11/9, 4pm:
Mindful Stress Management Experiencing stress is a part of life that can be overwhelming and challenging, but we can build our capacity to respond to stressful situations. Join us to explore how mindfulness practices may help your stress management.
We hope to see you at these events. You can also stop by to see us in the Wellness Resource Center located in 230 Yalich Student Services Center!

We recognize that social media can serve many purposes in people’s lives, and that it can sometimes contribute to feeling isolated, overwhelmed, and inadequate. We
therefore encourage people to limit the amount of time that they engage with social media, and to be selective regarding the sources with whom they engage. The WRC is committed to using our social media accounts to share ideas for self-care, staying connected
as a community, as well as resources and practices to support resiliency, health, healing, thriving, and wellbeing.
Hope to see you soon!
