Dear Chairs, Directors, and FEC members,

The first of two Leadership Workshops with Academic Impressions this spring is coming up on March 15. This session will explore strategies to create an environment to support healthy conflict and constructively resolve personnel issues. Participants will be asked to complete the Kraybill assessment, a tool that identifies preferred approaches to resolving conflict. Through the results of the Kraybill assessment and additional resources, participants will gain strategies to effectively navigate difficult situations in the workplace.

Please RSVP here by February 28. If you are planning to attend, please follow the instructions below this email to complete the Kraybill inventory and bring a digital or printed copy of your results to the session.

Spring Leadership Workshop I

Andrea

Kraybill Conflict Inventory

Instructions

The Conflict Styles instrument identifies five distinct approaches to conflict and reveals participants’ comfort level with each. This session draws on these results to help participants become self-aware of their approaches to conflict and to grow their conflict-management toolbox. Here are instructions:

  1. Please click here and go to the Style Matters site: Login to Style Matters.  Important: For the code to work properly, please use that login location and not others that you may find on the Riverhouse site.

  1. Follow instructions there to enter your name, email, password, and access code, which is: MeTZWDsc9jk. The code is not case specific. You can type it by hand or copy and paste it from this email to the login. Then click Login to Style Matters.

  1. Welcome to Style Matters displays on your screen. You're there! Just follow instructions. It takes about 15 minutes to take the inventory. You will see your score report as soon as you've finished taking the inventory and you will also receive it in your email. Please bring a digital or printed copy of your results to our session on Wednesday, March 15.

Please note that neither Academic Impressions nor CC organizers can access your results. If you need technical assistance, contact Riverhouse ePress at [log in to unmask]
