1. Discussion with the Registrar: Access ratings, Course Dog updates, and other Q&A (Phil Apodaca, Registrar; and Ashley Nicolas (Applications and Communications Manager). 
2. Administrative updates:
1. Student Researcher Summer Stipend update ($4,500 for 10 weeks in 2023 summer) 
2. Reminder: 
1. For those on a fast timeline, please post fall semester block visitor names on classes in Banner prior to pre-registration. 
2. Share end of year events with dean to share with cabinet and advancement, share ADEI events with Peony Fhagen (and ADEI leaders Rosalie Rodriguez, Ersaleen Hope)
3. "Use it, let's boost it" moving towards end of year budget planning
3. Any questions about:
1. Faculty summer grants will be sent to allfac and application portal open on 3/6/2023 (attached draft without application link)
2. Call for hiring of tenure track (due April 15). (Instructions attached)
