Kristina and I have both looked at the Audit and Update output files, and sampled some select INB forms/folks, and things seem copacetic. We've employed the work-arounds that were discussed (multiple Donor Codes issue). Any other manual/clean-up coding that seemed prudent has also been done (coding of LISCPs by hand; issue with folks rolling to unexpected Preferred address types). If adjustments are made to AZPGRAD's scripts in the near future (before the May Grads become available), and we need to go test, then I hope it's sufficient that we (currently) have un-scripted folks in TEST, PPRD, and DEVL. We're cognizant that the other environments are a little different, and the output/environment-select within the script might need to be changed-away from PROD/TESTREP, should we need to test elsewhere. We had received confirmation from Phil that both the August and December populations had been finalized/awarded in the Student module, and so both have been updated in our module. If you'd like to send a Banner Change Notice out sharing that one/both populations have been updated in the Advancement module, they are indeed good-to-go.
