Annual Giving Ask Amounts for Fiscal Year 2018 and expanded Segments can now be found in Banner for 42,862 records.

Change Detail:
Existing Reunion Asks for Calendar Year 2017 were re-order from highest Ask 1, to lowest Ask 2. They were also re-coded as Special Purpose Type C2017.
The 2018 Annual Giving Segments and Asks are stored as Special Purpose Comments. New validation was required for the expanded segment attributes:
*       ATVPRTP:
o       C2017   Calendar Year 2017 (Reunion)
o       F2018   Fiscal Year 2018
*       ATVPRCD:
o       UFREQ   AG Segment Frequency
o       URECN   AG Segment Recency
o       UUNIO   AG Segment Reunion
o       UAUDI   AG Segment Audience
o       UMONE   AG Segment Monetary
Reason:
Per Kerry Steere,
*       Reunion asks may differ from AG Asks
*       Would service communication and efficiency for both
o       data requests
o       data analysis and performance metrics
*       Since we typically start left-to-right; highest-to-lowest in our mail pieces, data is stored and delivered in this order to maintain consistency and accuracy.

Invited Action:
Annual Giving Segmentation and information can be viewed in both SSB or INB.
