Possible Experience:
Accurate information about pledges and gifts made to KRCC and the FAC in Reeher.

Change Detail:
Modified the ADBDESG query to properly classify the ADBDESG_DEPT_CODE to only one value. The original code found multiples for each ADRATTR designation, which caused the duplication of KRCC and FAC Gifts and Pledges.

Ticket - 9830: Reeher Double Counting for Mark Hille.

Reason:
To remove double counting of some gifts and pledges
